A successful and terribly busy week of balancing motherhood/work. Accomplished this week:

1. Volunteered to write a grant to the Rasmuson Foundation for $15,000 for Cate's preschool remodel. Finished it up and turned it over to the new Board to finish gathering the final financials.
2. Two full days of meetings for a client with lots of work accomplished.
3. Prep for the two days of meetings
4. Helped a friend by watching her kids a morning and she finished up her work (also works from home)
5. Got the kids to 2 swimming lessons
6. Got Christopher to 2 soccer games
7. Planned vacation for next week to family reunion
8. An evening with my hubby (needed that)

What I didn't accomplish? Book club. And it sounded like it would be a fun one that was also serving as a bridal shower for one member.
