Friday was the culmination of Vacation Bible School. The kids performed a show of the songs and dances they learned, and also recited their bible verses. Cate, just as in years past, decided to sing along while sitting in the front pew since she had a bit of stage fright. A highlight for Christopher was when the boys won the "Raise Money for Bibles" challenge and got to throw pies at the leaders as their reward. And Cate enjoyed having her buddies Noah and Eli join her at VBS (she's with Noah in the photo above). And it all took place on a rare, sunny afternoon. Pure bliss.
