I'm getting visions of what my daughter might look like 20 years from now....sends shivers down my spine.
We've been shopping around for flower girl dresses since Cate was honored to be asked to be the flower girl for Yuji and Kumi's wedding in Toyko. We've been checking everything from local bridal shops to mail order/internet sites to ebay. We passed on a few choices to to the bride and groom to help us make a final decision and this one won.
I can't tell you the feeling of watching my little girl trying on dresses in the bridal shops -- standing on the pedastals in front of the wall length mirrors. The future flashes before your eyes.
As for Cate -- she's over the moon with joy. For my little girl who loves shoes and pretty dresses, she is overjoyed with owning such a thing of beauty.

Wow, that's so funny! We just bought a flower girl dress for Abigail last week. We ended up getting it at Burlington which is a store I usually don't enjoy, but the Easter dresses were beautiful, appropriate for a formal wedding, and very affordable.
